It may sound foolish but we got rid of our SRVO-057 error by replacing the Fanuc Teach Pendant cable.
Has been working non-stop for two weeks now.

We struggled alot with this fault and finally came to know that the EE connector cable was damaged and that is what's causing this alarm. It was missing a ground wire connection from the connector plug. Here is the picture of the connector-
Sorry for bumping an old post, where would the EE connector cable be located?

I already have installed and running (ABB did everything for me). They are gone, so I decide to "reverse engineering" what they did.
For example
How do I modify a line, lets say in the PickPlaceSeq.prg ? Do I use Robotstudio, do I use PM and load a program from a backup ? etc,etc
By modifying a line, I'm assuming you are referring to modifying a robot move?

Enio, I believe there's no physical indicator.
However, The Manual indicated the following:
Floor-mounted
Volume of gear 1: 2 litres (0.53 US gallon)
Volume of gear 2-3: 1.5 litres (0.40 US gallon)
Volume of gear 4: 30 ml (0.008 US gallon)
Suspended:Volume of gear 1: 2.7 litres (0.71 US gallon)
Volume of gears 2-3: 1.7 litres (0.40 US gallon)
Volume of gear 4: 30 ml (0.008 US gallon)
The gearboxes are lubricated for life.

Eriksson, did you create a workobject for your program? If so, re-teach it. You may need to jump line by line and Modpos your program to get it close.

I'm assuming since it's an "old IRB 1400" you are probably working with S4c?
Anyhow, there is an option to disable welding.
You can run it in manual or full-speed manual and the robot should weave/move without striking an arc.

I am creating a Virtual Cell from a backup that uses Robot-ware 5.14.02 with Robotstudio 2019.2
I am able to open the virtual cell with my programs. However, The positioner and robot seem to be out of position. How can i set the proper position that reflects real life without damaging the robot paths, workobjects, base frame etc..
