Yes. We did resolve the issue. The settings on the Yaw (Rz), Pitch (Ry) and Roll (Rx) were not correct. Apparently this is unique to robots in the US, so we're told.

We are running a Yaskawa 3120 with the DX200 controller. After the operator performed a tool calibration this morning we keep getting the subject alarm, 4980 destination pulse limit.
I did change the extended parameters in Robomove to the new parameters on the controller from after tool calibration. Any idea what's going on or how to proceed? Our tool is a Binzel W500. Thanks for any help.
