I got the answer from KUKA that WorkVisual cannot import IODD files.
The official solution for controlling an IO-Link device is very similar to that of panic mode.
-It is necessary to use a generic device to get the inputs / outputs.
-The exact size of the inputs / outputs must be taken from the user manual of the IO-Link device. You can also use a generic device with more inputs and outputs.
-A change of the default parameters of an IO-Link device is not possible in WorkVisual (can be changed via the IO-Link device tool or via acyclic communication (KRL))
I have now configured the Zimmer-IO-Gripper and can control it. It takes some effort, but it works!
