Hello Everyone,
I'm going to install a robot cell with one R2000iC and without PLC. The robot will be the master of the cell and I want to start the robot with a remote configuration (UOP). I will ask to wire 2 push buttons from the HMI to UI[6:start] and UI [5:fault reset].
Robot needs UI 1,2,3,8 turned ON to run in automatic mode. Currently I don't have any Input for that, because robot is the master.Robot stops will be managed by DCS(Emrg Stop, safety rate signals) or TPE/BG program (ABORT, PAUSE), that's why I presume these UI signals are.. useless ?
So, In my case,
Which way should I use to keep ON these UI signals ? Should I ask to wire these signals always ON ?

I had this Error on Fanuc robot with the same configuration. And I didn't have problem with wiring.
If you already checked the wiring.
Did you check the attachment sequence ?
1- Lock SCHUNK SWS system
2- Check locking system is already done
3- Tool Attach (Tool attach = Enable Checking Additionnal Servo Motor, if error SRVO-068)4- Tool Detach (Disable checking Additionnal Servo Motor)
5- Unlock SCHUNK SWS system.If the attachment sequence is fine, check connector of your schunk SWS system.
Exemple: For my side, Fanuc robot use Destaco system for Tool change, sometimes SRVO-068 come back, just because we don't blow on electrical connection, so we have some dust.It's really basic information, but I hope that can help
