Hello everyone, I work in France on a robot kuka (for my studies) for 6 months (KUKA KRC1 125L)
My issue is the following:
I had a problem with the robot's power supply and the components of the PM6-850 board burned (see attachment). Luckily a friend who owned the same robot could give me the PM6-600 full block (see attachment).
So I mount this whole block on the robot cabinet, the robot turns on but the KCP displays the following messages "incorrect machine data"; "interrupted option data upload".
Do you know, if you simply have to enter some parameters in a configuration file or if it is better to replace only the defective card.

another things i can tell youwhen i have the problem:
when I'm editing the file I'm on the program I just edited
and if i click on programm i'm on the program without the modification

hello everybody
i work on a kuka krc1 in france but today i had a big problem
let me explainin the morning I saved .src work program on the floppy disk to be able to write on these files with a computer.
when I put the files back on the kcp they stayed 5 minutes and then faded back as before
I guess this is because the files. dat was not also changed on the computer ??It did not work
so I took the initial program and I edit it on the kcp by hand by correcting each time the errors with the publishers
unfortunately then I could not select the program to test but only to load
and then
I am asked to overwrite the file and nothing happensI can not enter the program except for an edition
so I restarted the kuka several times and each time it's the same
I have everything re edit everything works 15 minutes and then nothing
I can only overwrite the files and no longer select ......I do not know if I was clear but hey I would need a little help if someone has already encountered this type of problem

one month ago i had never used a program language so it's totally new for me
before call your help i have read the section about timers but i only see how to associate a period to a timer and how to associate a timer to a variable
i will persevere longer next time sorry

i would like to create a timer in my prgramm where for example every 2minutes a sub programm is called and then the robot back to the initial programm

so i test to write in the file IR_STPM and it works

first thanks for your helpI would like that when the operator presses the red emergency stop button
the air of the sander cuts to avoid over sanding the pieceso i test to write after the ini $OUT[20]=$ALARM_STOP
But when i press the emergency stop nothing change the air still herei d'ont understand what are you meaning by sls loop line
probably i write it in the wrong placethanks a lot

Hi I work on a kuka robot in krc1 i use it in sanding and I would like to associate the stop of the compressed air outlet with the emergency stop button on the kcp
do you know a way to do this ?

I think yes all my point were save in the base 3 (for exemple) so when i have move the table i re teach the base 3 but still have the problem

this forum makes me improve myself a lot thank you allmy new problem is the following
my robot works by sanding on a table where each piece to sand is positioned on a support that has its own base
today the table was moved and I just wanted to rebuild the bases of the support of parts unfortunately by relaunching the program the robot is not at all in the right places.
I wonder if I have to proceed in the right way it is necessary to really rebuild a base have you already been confronted with the problemthank you again and sorry to ask so many questions

SO it works with EXT PROG at the right place
effectively i think it's a good way to debug a programm and see everything thanks for your contribution i will test it

I want to call/open a programm (which is relative to a task that i use really often ) in an other programm
but i'm lost i have seen function like SWITCH or Ext PROG
see in attachement a test with EXT PROG ) ( i have create an other programme name PROG_1 )
but I can not move forward I always have a compilation error
I d'ont know perhaps i'am totally wrong and there are others functions....A boost would be really great I do not advance thank you very much

Hello i'am a french student and i begin to work on a kuka robot in KRC1 ( i am in internship )
I want to create a for loop with 4 points with y axis displacement at each loop turn
so I start by declaring a real var "TOTO" in config.dat
(see first attachment)I initialize this constant TOTO in my program with my first value of Y
(see second attachment)Then i create a for loop in my program and I wrote a first point linear where I replace the coordinate Y by "TOTO"
(see third attachment)I then create my incrementation to have my displacement in Y AXIS between each loop turn
unfortunately I still have an error (***) I do not know if I correctly create my variable , if we can write "TOTO" instead of coordinates or if i'am totally wrong and there are others functions....
