That's not very predictable. Many variables come into play -- tooling mass, inertia, programmed speed, overall speed, approximation at each point, etc. There's a reason that simulators that can (almost) accurately predict these motions are Very Expensive.SkyeFire :
Just out of curiosity, what simulators are you referring to? Could you please name some? Thanks!

Hello everyone,
I am using the robot: KR10 R1100 sixx with controller: KRC4, KSS: 8.3
I'm trying to configure a Trace-File so that I can trace the states of several $FLAG and $CYCFLAG variables during the execution of my program.
I couldn't however find these variables in any of the predefined configuration files available on my controller. I tried to reach out to KUKA service but they weren't much of a help and said there is no detailed documentation for this function!Had anyone done this previously? I would appreciate it if anyone could help me with that.
Thanks

i think your are looking for $AXIS_INC.E1. found in the system variables manualThanks for your answer.
But I couldn't find the variable $AXIS_INC.E1 on my KSS 8.3. Mabye it was available on previous versions of KSS, but not any more?
and if so, does it mean that I can't access this information in newer versions of KSS at all?
I hope someone could answer that!I mean, I could of course buy an extra resolver/encoder to get this values that I want. But it would be nice, if I could save the extra costs of that "redundant" resolver.

Hello everyone,
I am using the robot: KR10 R1100 sixx with controller: KRC4, KSS: 8.3
I have an external resolver mounted on a conveyor and connected to the XP7.1 and I use the ConveyorTech 6.0.
Everything work fine and I could integrate the conveyor in my program.I need however to get access to the "ticks" that are provided from the external resolver in some other part of my KRL program. So I need this values to estimate the distance of the conveyor in any span of time, regardless whether the conveyor is initialized in the program or not. So I can't make use of the variable $SEN_PREA_C[] because it only has a value from the point where the triggering signal for the conveyor is activated. But in my case I need to measure the conveyor distance between two arbitrary points in time regradless of the triggering signal
I could however see the resolver values of the different resolvers connected to the RDC in the Diagnosemonitor on the HMI (I'm not sure how it's named in english, see the attachment). So it must be a way to access these values from the KRL program. But I couldn't found it. Could anyone help me please!?
