You could try DefAccFrame.

Try PDispSet Frame1.

If you do not see the bus for profinet, then most likely the card was installed but the option is not there. That can be confirmed by examining the Backinfo.txt file in backinfo folder of your backup. You can post it here too.

The robot came with the Profinet card or you also bought the card and put it in the robot?
-
I have not used that before. Does the robot actually have the multimove option? You could repeat using Offset function, Offs(). You could also look into program displacement PDispSet, PDispOn and PDipOff.

IRC5 has many versions of robotware, what version is yours? Also, I re read your first post, this is a program that you have written, not part of an option?
-
Are you trying to save just an individual module?
-
What happens when you push debug function key, check program?

It could be stuck, sensing that it is not at the 0 deflection point. It could be dirty in there. If you feel confidant enough to open it up you could clean it up, make sure that nothing is stuck. Otherwise change it with a spare if you have one.

Did what you read mention instructions like SpeedOn and SpeedOff?

Backing up what he just said, I have used threaded rod ground to have a good point, then inserted into threaded hole. Take appropriate care to not injure yourself or others. I have even taped a pen to the end effector or fixture in order to teach.

When trying to view the program data, try changing the scope and what you are looking for might become visible.

Most likely never tool0, there is no well defined point on the flange for teaching the work object. Certainly use the installed tool, providing that you have defined it well.

Aha! You are welcome. So is this stuff like frameworks that they had going with Ford powertrain only evolved? Or devolved, from your description. Maybe you can trick it by making that IO unit but on a sim bus.
-
On this robot, there's MHVP (the valve pack), and MH_BLK_1, and they both get deactivated properly when the subroutine is run, but then the subroutine hangs for a few seconds before throwing an error that it can't find MH_BLK_1.
?????? Reread what you wrote and clarify please.
IODisable and IOEnable are the commands which you seek.

Figure out what it will cost to build a duplicate cell and show management the $$$$$, it is hard to believe that they won't follow that argument. Not only that, but also in roboguide you could have each cell with its own setup, however minute the variations are from the "extra" cell to the real cell.
-
Compare the cost of a Roboguide license compared to what it will cost to set up your cell. I think that the license will compare quite favorably.

I posted the one that I have. It says that anything between 0.0.0.0 and 255.255.255... is valid. But things do have a tendency to look good on paper...

It looks like you are missing a module, not sure which one. Compare your loaded rapid modules with what is in your HOME directory. Make sure that anything regarding the welding and bullseye are loaded. Better yet, if you have a known good backup, do a restore.
