When setting up TAST with the Fronius 500 TPSI the V_master current constant data will only allow me to enter 3 digits. I need to enter more from the number that is reading back at the TP. Is there a way to open this up?
Thanks in advance.

Has anyone ever seen this error when using coronated motion? CD-020 Not reach relative speed.
Robot cell has three welding arms and the external axis is spinning as the arms are welding. External axis is also controlled by the robot.
Thanks.
We drill a hole in the frame of the robot cell that is about .020" bigger than the wire diameter. Write and program to feed wire thru the holes for the X,Y, and Z.. When you see the welds off run the program. It will tell you if robot to part fixtures. Also check the cast on the wire. 90% of the time its part fit-up.
Hope this helps.
We are currently looking for a integrator to integrate a Fanuc robot into a fabrication brake press. If you have had one done or know any company that will do it around northeast Ohio please let me know.
Thanks! Toby
I did have to change the azimuth to 0. I was hoping that I could do it without changing a global setting.
Thanks
I know how to set up normal weaving but forgot how to set-up a in line weave for a Fanuc RJ3ib robot controller?
You can buy more memory from Fanuc or a Fanuc integrator. They will get a PAC code to unlock more memory that's already there. I think I only paid around $500 for it. I still back everything up bi-weekly.
That's what I was worried about. Thanks for the info!
Just wonder if anyone has ran there reamers off of the EE connector? I'm getting into a refurbished welding cell that was build before my time and it is a wiring nightmare!
Just looking for a easier way.
Thanks Toby
