Hello Friends
I have a question about communication between plc and and a virtual controller of an Abb robot in robostudio.Is it possible for example to set io in RS(robostudio) and read and write to/from a real plc.I added my communication picture from tia portal also.Plc will be master.I added also gsdml file for robot controller.Can I use this gsdml file for virtual robot in RS?
Devices are like this
-Hmi(created in Tia portal) will be in my own pc(ip for my pc 192.168.0.2)
-RS as virtual controller in same pc
-plc (I am using s7 1200 I have it as a hardware not virtual 192.168.0.1)
-cognex camera (I have it as a hardware not virtual 192.168.0.3) -
Thanks for your answer I understood but ı guess we need a referance point for this ix iy iz values also x y z values.Solidworks calculated the total mass and the other values( ix ,iy ,iz ; x, y ,z).Will İ directly enter this values from Solidworks or will I change armload and payload together?if I am wrong can you help me how to change it?

Hello friends
I have a question how to calculate the robot payload.I have 40 kg for 3rd axis,0.5 kg for 6 th axis,3.5 kg for 2nd axis.But ı am seeing srvo-053 fault for group 1 axis2 .I changed armloads for 3th axis 40 kg and 1th axis 15 kg.But ı am seeing th same fault again.What is the difference between armload and payload?

I am working p250 ib 15 robot and 1 axis servo positioner but still the robot doesnt move the points which I teached.There is an error calls MOTN 109,I tried the same things in similation(paintpro) it gave the same error.
Could anyone help me about this issue? Thanks alot
