Speed Ramping Overview

You can use the speed ramping function to specify a motion based on smooth speed change throughout the motion segment (instead of constant speed) from the starting position to the destination position.

The following program has speed ramping specified on line 3.

1:J P[1] 100% FINE
2: Sample Start[2]
3:L P[2] 100mm/sec FINE RampTo(200)
4: Sample End

The motion on line three starts with a speed of 100mm/sec. As the robot approaches P[2], the speed

gradually increases to around 200 mm/sec.

You can specify speed ramping through the motion option menu, select RampTo from the menu, and the motion line will show:

3:L P[2] 100mm/sec Fine RampTo(…)

If you have hourmeter in door panel, use that one.

If not, use the Servo On Time in Status screen

-Press F1 + F5 keys
-Turn the controller on (keeping presing the keys)
-Select All Software installation (the MC must be already inserted)
-Confirm the actions requested with YES
-Select the Correct personality
-The software installation will start

Did you place them correctly?
Each battery supply 3V, but they need to be placed to supply 6 volts.

If the robot lost software due to battery lack and you do not have image back up, you can perform an INIT start and then restore "all of above" back up.

Axis J1, J2, J3 and J5 use Vigo grease
Axis J4 and J6 use SK-3 grease

Are you getting some alarms?

Roboguide ask the same question like a real robot.
Maybe it is not needed to set the same values as the real robot, but the information you set have to be valid, i. e. Motor type, motor revolutions, amp capacity, etc.

There should be a Remote/Local key switch in the Operator Panel. It should be in Remote

$OPWORK.$UOP_DISABLE -->1 This is to enable the UI signals.
and
$RMT_MASTER --> 0 Determines which remote device is in control of motion when the remote switch is set to REMOTE (0=User Operator Panel).

You have to configurate the severity of the user alarm.
The next is taken from manual

$UALRM_SEV[n] Severity Values
Value -Action
0- No action
2- Pause program
3- Abort program with error
4- Stop program motion
6- Pause program and stop its motion
8- Cancel program motion
10- Pause program and cancel its motion
11- Abort program and cancel its motion
By default the value is 6.

+16 added to any value causes servomotors to be turned off.
+32 added to any value causes the action to apply to all programs and all motions.
+64 added to any value requires a Cold start to reset the controller.

For example,
• A value of 0 causes a warning message to be displayed.
• A value of 6 pauses the program and stops its motion.
• A value of 43 aborts all programs and cancels all motions (11 + 32)

Or the MC or pendrive you are using is higher than 2 gigabytes

In advanced tab, select "FANUC Ltd" base parameters

What I would do is
disable At home check
save home position as reference position linked to a DO[x]
when style program is selected, the first line check if DO[x] is on, if not, call home program.

But this can be risky because the robot can move to home from no-one-knows-where and it can crash with something.

I have see it in

[MENU] -- FILE -- [NEXT] button -- F4 INSTALL -- Select Autoupdate. it will ask you for a dir name of backups and then it will start the autoupdate.

The only thing I have seen that change after the auto update is the program name indicated in the variable "$shell_wrk.$cust_name:" when "OTHER" is selected in the Production Start Method in Prog Select Menu. The name dissapear after the Autoupdate.

In some versions, the limit set was inside of [MENU]-Utilities-Prog Toolbox
