Hello All !
After boot, the robot requested the axes to be performed 1 to 6, and the submit interpreter indicator on the monitor was red, the submit interpreter did not run.
1. step: All axes was performed.
After them the Robot is already movable.
2. step: The entire, previously saved program package was reloaded with everything. ( Restore full )
Submit interpreter indicator is still red, still not running.
I tried to start it from the menu, but it gave the error shown in the picture. : F16 invalid value
I have no idea where to look for this F16 which have invalid value.
I have no more ideas, I would like to ask for help! where should I look for the error and what could be the problem?

sorry, I didn't want to write that part here.

Controller : (v)KR C2
KSS : 4.1.5
no mfc included, only interbus card, the DSE/RDC cable has not been checked yet.
How can i check the RDC card?

Hi everyone !
The robot is a KR2150 floor typeThe error phenomenon: it cannot be operated in either manual or automatic mode.
The error listed: 116 DSE watchdog command 1
The error cannot be acknowledged
Windows and KSS loaded properly, no other errors are listed.
KPC600, DSE card, memory card replaced, the result is the same.
MADA files are matched line by line with a similar, but working robot, but there is no difference.
Before reinstalling an entire system, I want to find out if there is a simpler solution.
I am interested in all solutions!
P.S:
The robot has booted incorrectly several times already, but rebooting always helped. However, this is the first time I see this error and now restarting doesn't help either, the error is always the same.

Many Thanks.

No, this code line is included in the original factory program.

Sure, the real program name do not contain space.
I just deleted the rest of the original sample message program for simple working and I replaced my own text in $MSG_T.KEY[]=
Both message work alone fine ( tested ), but the second message - trigged in subprogram - do not writed on display.
I don't know, why.....

Dear Sirs,
I read the topic, but I still have a problem.
KRC2, software 4.1.5
There is a point in the program where the robot has to stop, , the robot is waiting for a press an outer button and parallel with stopping sends an user message.
I'm using for the message a copy of the sample program in "TP" (abbreviated) , which works well.
The robot prints the user message and the system message about "wait for" as well.
For the safety, after pressing and release the button I trigger a new user message for confirmation, and follows a second "wait for".
This second waiting for pressing button executed well ( and the system message about waiting as well ), but the second user message do not printed. The message code:
DEF first user message()
DECL INT ANSWER
DECL INT OFFSET
DECL STATE_T STATE
DECL MSG_T EMPTY_MSGEMPTY_MSG={MSG_T:VALID FALSE,RELEASE FALSE,TYP #NOTIFY,MODUL[] " ",KEY[]" ",PARAM_TYP #VALUE,PARAM[]" ",DLG_FORMAT[]
" ",ANSWER 0}$MSG_T=EMPTY_MSG
$MSG_T.MODUL[]=" "
$MSG_T.KEY[]=" this is my first user message "
$MSG_T.PARAM[]="PARAM"
$MSG_T.PARAM_TYP=#VALUE
$MSG_T.TYP=#QUIT$MSG_T.VALID=TRUE
END
The second user message is the same, only the message content is an other text.
the first user message came from main program, robot stopped and trigged the following subprogram:
DEF continue the work ()
WAIT FOR IN 16 'OUTER BUTTON' STATE TRUE ; waiting press button
WAIT FOR IN 16 'OUTER BUTTON' STATE FALSE ; waiting release button
WAIT TIME= 1 SEC
second user message() ; this is the second user message, witch do not prints on display
WAIT TIME= 1 SEC
WAIT FOR IN 16 'OUTER BUTTON' STATE TRUE ; waiting press button againEND
My question :
Why do not prints the second user message to display, but executes the next program steps ?
Thanks a lot for help.

Thanks for information,
I changed the battery at now, and the next surprise :
The servo drives, the power, 24V, cooler fan - all works , but the PC do not starts....
It's very interesting, the Interbus PCI card LED are on, but the PC do not moves. Not inside fan, not the display.....nothing...
-
Ok,
Before battery change should I save out any info from BIOS, or simply use all default parameters ? -
Thank you for the prompt reply,
RAM changed,
In the PC is a 4GB Flash Module.
Another issue, that the button battery from 2010...but I don't know, can it cause so a problem, or not...
On motherboard I do not found any mechanical lesions.
In the installation process it was a strange thing , KSS installer said :

Dear Sirs,
I have a new problem with a KUKA KRC2 cabinet.
Today, after switch in, the boot process stopped at the loading step ( on the screen: "LOADING" )
I tryed several times to switch in the robot again, but the result was the same. Stop at "LOADING..."
I changed the memory card, the result was also the same.
After them I installed the windows and KSS again, first time the boot process was succesfull, but by the second start ( cabinet off, cabinet on ) the problem came again. If somebody have any idea, what is it, I would be grateful for the help.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi !
Thanks a lot for the help, I will do it as you wrote..

Hy all,
I would like to use a global variable in frame, instead of numeric value.
For example, in the specified robot position the value of "Z" is 100. But in every cycle this value could change, therefore
instead of " Z 100" I would like to use a "Z (INT something)" but I don't know, in what format is it possible to use this method .Thanks for ideas

Ok, I know, without protection what happens.
But as in cabinet there in an ups, I assumed, that can be some time controlled "switch-out" relais as well, for three phase safety. -
Hy all,
Today a phase has disappeared from the network. The robot did not execute any program, only there was in " stand by " mode.
Cooler fan of course on.
Unexpectedly, the noise of fans was quieter, but the fans do not stopped. I checked quickly, and really, one phase "went out" from network power supply.
After checking I turned off the cabinet, and we waited until the phase came back
My question :Can the robot cabinets be damaged (fans, 24v supply, and so on ) if we notice the supply problem to late, or is there a phase outage protection ( sure, with the exception of the UPS ) ?
Thanks
