Hello guys i have a question. Im Not really experienced in Programming robots.
I have a krc4 Robot
My Question is How do i call a subroutine Programme
I made a Little Programm with Signals inside that always Need to be active. But its Seams its Not working.
For Exempel:
If gun_empty=true
Then
MotorOn=TRUE
AirOn=TRUE
Eindif
If gun_full=true
Then
MotorOn= false
AirOn=False
EndIF

its an Archive. is there somewhere in config dat where i can Change the Name of the Robot ?? maybe thats the Problem

yes im selecting restore from a usb on the menu.
The Name actually is thesam. that is the more reason i am so confused. -
Actually its a complete Backup i am trying to restore.
the file(Archive) is located in my usb stick.
and its the only file on the stick. -

i took a backup from my KRC4 Robot and i am trying to restore the file back but i am always getting an error message that the file does not exist
actually i only have the same backup i took from the Robot and im trying to restore it back without success
i dont know why it is not working
the file Name on the Archive is thesame.

I have been working with ABB and KUKA Robots for5 months now mostly online and i am planing on learning offline programming also.
But the Problem is i am a Little bit confused with the programming languages.
what programming languages does both actually use.
i know robotstudio for Abb and workvisual for Kuka on pc .
i cant really differentiate the programming languages for now maybe because i am a beginner ??

after i did what you suggested my Input is highlighted in green saying .. the declaration M_Teachen(Input) is the same as my global boolean Deklaration. is that a Problem ? -
Hallo everybody i am new to programming so i have a question that may seem stupid
How do i connect an Input from the PLC to this variable (DECL GLOBAL BOOL M_Teachen=FALSE)
Whenever the Input from the PLC Comes this M_Teachen has to Change from false to TRUE
i tried programming it like this on config.dat
DECL M_Teachen=M_Teachen_E54(Input Name) but it didnt work -
Thanks very much for the suggestion. the funny thing is that the robot has been running fine all day without error. Even though i didnt actually make any changes.

I have the fanuc system 30IB . Am new to Fanuc Robots
i set the output in I/O Cell output to 214.
the worst part is you can not realy say when it happens. it just happens suddenly at different running programmsit can be possible that a programmis trying to overwritethe output , but how do i find out ?

the problem is that the robot is always stopping during automatic and giving on the plc an error message known as "HEartbeat missing."Please can anyone help me out ?
