I have the same problem with the safety circuit.
I converted a robot from a safe robot to a standard robot.
This means: 1. Uninstall KUKA.SafeOperation
2.Replacement of SafeRDC board incl. I / O Print board and SafeRDC box for RDC2 board included. the box.
3. Connect the SafeOperation jumper to A1 / X23 on the ESC3 Tech board.
I need to set Enable drives to TRUE.
I'm sending a photo from ESC diagnostics.
