On my robot IRB2400 IRC5 Compact Flash is dead, by restoring the created image.now when you enable Boot Aplication, installed Robot studio . but I can't connect says error.. cannot connect to a controller in the bootserver state... tell me how to restore the system? how to connect? Maybe there is a training document? View the attached files, I can restore the system?

Have you checked the batteries in the robot base?
(... at least my S4 6400 robot has SMB battery in robot base)Yes , it's good , but it was replaced with a new one, the problem persists,

The following technical problem occurred with robot IRB 2400 controller S4 (ABB)
When we change programm of side profile roughing we face calibration faiilure. So each time we need to adjust robot shaft.All memory batteries (inside controller S4) are replaced and robot voltage is normal.
Errors which we get after robor restarted:
10036 - Rev counter not updated.
20032 After buttom Check is pressed there is still error 2032 .
After we have to adjust calibration from anew.in advance thank you for your assistance.
