I have the same issue. The sub job is Mig welding job, and robot stops always on ARCON line and you get those 3 alarms. It's like soon the welding power turns ON alarm happens. Only way to clear it is to do power cycle. Welding power supply is Lincoln ArcLink/TX, DX200 controller, Ethernet I/O. Could not find any shorts, bad cables... etc.

I'm looking for the equivalent functionality of the ABB Rapid command "reltool" for a Motoman DX200.
What I have are multiple weld points that I'd like to back away from. These points were found using touch sensing but when approaching them to weld, we are much to close. If I could calculate a new position in the -Z TOOL direction this would be great or if there's an easier way, say changing my TCP distance from torch, that would be great too.

But B000 is not a system register. It's just a global variable available in all jobs.

Hi. First, read please manual "system setup" for your controller and motosim.
Next step is to add base (track) in maintenance mode.
System>setup>control group>B1> RECT "X" or y or z.>Enter>Rack&pinion>insert tech data>
(You need to know model of your track and technical data -> MMS file( inertia, type of motor and amplifier and system parameters for it)
>press YES in confirmation window>exit from maintenance mode>reboot motosim.
Do you have CAD models of track for your project?
