Hi ALL,
I would like to check how to execute 2 job at a time from Master Job.
In the manual it state as follow and i don't quite understand how to do it.
“DIN LB000 IG#(1)” described in MASTER.JBI is the instruction to read
the signal input of the first user input group (8 inputs per group).
The first user input group consists of 8 inputs from #00010 to #00017, and
each user input represents the numerical value shown in Table 4-31 Input
Number and Assigned Numerical Values of First User Input Group.
#00016 represents “64”, and thus LB000 = 64 is set, and 64.JBI is
executed by JUMP LB000.1) How do i set the Assigned Numerical Values to represent my JOB in the User Input?
2) If I name my JOB as "Standby.JBI" instead of 64.JBI how should i do it?
Appreciate if any expert could advise me

Yes i do have motoplus enable. Do i need motoplus SDK to do so?
I try to contact Schunk and Motoman asia but no one seem to be able to answer my question.

Does anyone have experience with Schunk Gripper? First time using Schunk Gripper, I am not sure how to setup communication link between DX200/FS100 with Schunk gripper. Most likely i will be using RS232 for communication Motoman controller and Schunk Gripper.
Understand i will need to enable RS232 Communication Data transmission from motoman controller but how do i send Data from DX200/FS100 to control Schunk gripper? First time using this function so i'm not quiet sure.
Any example from Motoman side will be much appreciated.

The problem is from Omron PLC setting.

I'm new to robot programming. Thus, it will be great if there expert here could share your experience on robot programming. I was assign a motoman DX200 controller with Ethernet/IP to communicate with Omron PLC.
The DX200 Controller is to be set as adapter and i follow the instruction on the Ethernet/IP manual for adapter setting. However, when i save the eds and download into Omron PLC the Parameter show no value.
any senior here have experience with DX200 ethernet/ip standard communication setting?
Appreciate the assistance
