I don't have any remote capabilities, besides the controller and a operator station, if that's what you are asking. The positioner itself has multiple axis-es. It has the large carousel and then each side has its own rotational capabilities.

I have a dual UP6 XRC machine with an Arcworld positioner. I have been experiencing an issue on an off for about a year with the machine throwing Alarm 4305. Its for SV1 converter circuit charge error 0000_0000_0000_0010. All i have to do is clear the alarm and move the robots to their correct positions and it runs just fine. I just started experiencing this error again. Here is a list of the times that i have experienced this alarm:
6/1 10:25
6/25 11:25
6/25 12:40
6/30 8:22
9/7 7:18
9/7 7:19
9/7 7:20
9/7 7:28
9/7 11:05
9/12 12:31
9/12 2:45
9/12 2:50I have 0 idea what is causing this alarm. The last time spoke with Motoman they said that i should not be able to get the machine to run again and it should be a continual alarm and not be intermittent like it is. Any thoughts and ideas on what could be causing this or how to fix it will be greatly appropriated (and just so you have an idea, i am not a maintenance person and know very little about checking electrical circuits, i just get stuck dealing with it because we are only a 7 person outfit and i am the only one with experience with robots).

Earlier this week I was running my MRC II with an SV3 robot (set up for Mig Welding on an ArcWorld Lite). I was running a part and the turn table turned like normal but the robot did not engage, I check and for some reason the servos went off. I checked that the safety latches were engaged and that the light curtain was not obstructed and went to turn the servos on again on the control box and nothing happened. I made sure the machine was set up correct, it was on play mode and everything, but every time I push the servo on button nothing happens.
So I tried to see if I could get the machine to run in teach mode with the teach pendant and everything worked fine. I wanted to see if I could use the teach pendant to turn on the servos while the machine was in play mode. Much to my surprise it worked , Motoman says it shouldn't.
I can run the machine just fine but I have to turn the servos on with the teach pendant and then hit the start but on the control box. Is there any reason that the servo on button on the control box isn't allowing me to turn on the machine. When I turn the servos on with the pendant the light still comes on and runs correctly in play mode.
Any help would be appreciated, Motoman is telling me that possible something in the hardware could be messed up, but I have 0 electrical experience and my company doesn't have a dedicated maintenance person to work on machines and I am stuck doing it.

So I have had a tech in for 5 days in the past two weeks. We did a software update and the machine started giving the hold light for, wire sticking 2 , while the slave robot was at home position not doing anything. The wire sticking message we could not get to go away. We finally unplugged CN508 which is the wire sticking detection from robot 2 welding source, and the message went away. We replaced the welding source with a refurb and it ran fine for 2 days. Now it is giving the same wire sticking 2 message that wont clear again.
I dont think the welding source are the actual issue, but i believe now the refurb we just put on is fried as well. Could the wire harness from the welding gun be sending this false message to the power source due to a short?

I have an ArcWorld 6200 Dual UP6 XRC weld cell. The machine is stopping every time that the sub positioner needs to rotate into position for the robots to start welding. There are no alarms and no lights go off. It is happening on both A and B sides of the turn table. I can interlock/test start the machine and the sub positioner will spin into position and the robots will start their normal program, and put the machine back into auto mode, but the next time the sub positioner needs to rotate the machine stops again.
I have call tech support and they are not sure what is going on. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
