Yeah robot have PMC option. But how can enable UI signals via PMC. For example UI 3 is fault reset. If i ON PLC's y100 , robots x121 will get ON ( via cc-link ). How can i turn ON UI3 by using pmc to reset fault ?? Basically we can on/off only outputs correct!!!!!? -

Thanks for your reply. Yeah i know those signals should ON to run robot. Issue is , here UOP signals are inter linked with CC-link input. If cc-link input ON , UI signals should ON. But in my case UI signals not getting ON even after CC-link input is ON. y this is happening!!!?

I would like to start and stop robot from PLC ( via CC-Link protocol ). After configuration i tried to start and stop robot from PLC but robot is not responding. Am I missing something to configure?? PFA -

Hello all
I am using cc-link protocol for communication. Plc is my master , robot ( r30ib mate) is my slave. Suddenly an error got triggered in robot. " prio-325 cc-link seq. Cpu stopped". There is no error in the system. Plc working fine ,robot is working fine, even i can able to communicate & exchange I/o between robot and plc. But I am getting an error in robot, I'm not able to reset the alarm. why it's happening?? -

Gripper ( not valve) is spring return?? If yes interchange the tube connection in gripper. -
Contact yasakawa or yasakawa integrator. You need to re-inilize the system. To do factory settings you need yasakawa password. I'm not authorized person to dis-close the password.

Sorry guys for the late response. Was busy in projects. First of thank you all for the replies. Problem is im proper earthing.. This caused continuous mother board failure.

Hope you all doing good.
In one of my projects i am using Labview for vision systems. Labview is installed in PC ( i5 processor & Intel mother board ) .
We are communicating PC and IRC5 compact controller via RS232. Problem is with in 5 months 3 PC mother boards was failed.
I hope 0 and 5V are transfer from IRC5 to pc via RS232. hope it wont affect PC.
I am wondering what will be the reason for PC mother board failure ??Thank you in advance.

Assign a system input with any of your digital inputs and connect a push button on the particular Input.
If push button was pressed it will take the program pointer to main. -

Dear all,
Have a peaceful life
I have an application, where i need to pick a component from bin and want to place in some high accuracy area.
Even there is a deflection in 60 microns robot cant able to place component properly. while picking component because of some deflection,currently robot getting collision error while placing component.My idea is to monitor robot collision values ,if it's exceeds pre-defined values robot should stop placing and return back to home position.
For EX: Robot moves from Point A to B if there is any interference between Point A and B robot should stop moving towards B and should start move towards A.
Is it possible to do in KAWASAKI E-series controller??
