I have a similar problem with As1/As2 stay value of 1 even if all safeties are jumped the robot is a plasma welder, pilot goes ON but tig welder don't turn ON in auto or in teach doing fwd, but if IOs are triggered manually it works fine, irc5 with fronius 2500transtig n plasmamodule10, controller used to have plc
But all plcs communications are deactivated as far as I was told
does anyone know how to set the weld supervision?

Maybe I didn't explain well as to what I want to accomplish
Main error facing 50242 , robot and controller have not been used together before
What I need to know is how to clear previous smb data from controller and add new smb from current arm
Steps should be similar to irc5 I'm assuming as to using arm with mismatch controller
-Clear smb data from cabinet
-adding new smb data from arm
-calibration
This is my first time working with s4c plus so I'm confused as to how sbm is cleared and adding new arm
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Cables look good and ring the out with fluke
what about s1.1x1 connection coming from mode switch,does it need jumpers too? It's weird that motors go ON on Auto but not in teach
All connections look good, is there something else I'm missing?

the mismatch error is not coming up when powering up. Now the motors dont come ON on teachmode but motors engage in Automode

manual was for irc5 controller
I downloaded s4cplus manual but can't find anything as far as to how to update cfg data
Also how do i update the cfg data. As of now i cant even jog the arm due to mismatch error
last 3 rev.counters values are erased on arm, I can't enter values from arm into calibration offsets
we got it mismatch (buy as is)
Any ideas as to where options are located to solve this issue
Update measurement system
-Update rev.counters
-recalibrate joints
-change cfg data

It's a irb6600 m2000 controller (i think controller is s4c but label on controller says irb6600) those options can't be found as in the irc5 controller ..

I'm having similar issues with irb 6600 m2000
With mismatch arm. The arm is irb 6600 m2000 irb 6600-175/2.8. I can't find in the menus how ro clear cabinet data /smb and get the new smb from different robot. Controller and arm are same type irb6600 m2000 but with different serial #s
I was able to do calibration after pressing ok once error came up once powered up

- if i only need to do calibration as i did why motors dont turn on to jog arm? ( calibration was done as robot came in is not on the calibration marks need to move arm to calibration marks to do permanent calibration once smb issue is resolved error 50242)
