I'm struggling a bit here. I recently loaded dispensetool onto my lab robot. It previously had handlingtool on it. (this is an old RJ-2) Anyways I am doing a little experimentation in the lab before I introduce this project to the plant floor. My issue is this: on my robot (when it still had handling tool) I was running a bit of fancy code that was moving the positional data of a given position register to six different registers and then from there moving the data into the six elements for $refpos.atperch so that I could change where the home position was dynamically based upon what product was running. Now that I have loaded dispensetool I have lost the screen under menu-setup-ref pos where you define what DO drives the UOP signal : at perch. I got to looking at some of the other robots on the plant floor and none of the robots that are running dispensetool have a reference position screen... Has anybody ever ran into this? Whats weird is that under system variables i can still see the variable for $refpos.atperch but i cant seem to use it in anyway. Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as Im pretty stumped
