check content of your INI... interrupt 3 declared there.
it calls ISR that stops robot motion when something wrong happens. -
all of motion instructions are ideal for something and poor for something else.
spline is suited for complex smooth curves. -
wait, did you see attachment in first response?
it tells all that is needed to make the keys work.1. have a UserTech package installed
2. place KFD file in C:\KRC\TP\USERTECH\TEMPLATE
3. place .CONFIG file in C:\KRC\SmartHMI (this requires cold boot of controller)
4. after reboot select KeyBar (Menu>Config>StatKeys>Key bar name)
-
this is normally not edited manually. it gets changed when tech packages are installed

just me and three other technicians who swear for their lives that they did nothing...
what the heck do one of them probably did for this to happened?
... it says "Start the app from a KUKA USB Stick, please" just like when you try to clone a KUKA Stick,
any chance that one of the four did not swear? maybe that person knows more...

where do you draw your conclusions from?
-
works fine for me
-
can you ping controller from your pc?
-
you are not following advice...
only MASTER node "owns" the network. only MASTER gets info about all slaves. only MASTER needs description files of SLAVES. only MASTER gets SLAVES attached to it.
if you want KRC to be a MASTER, only THEN you will need to add PLC node to Profibus structure in WorkVisual.
deleting ProfiNet from Options was a wrong move. in fact you need to integrate ProfiNet plugin (KOP file) into WorkVisual.

it is possible but you need to be careful as signal change will not be detected after evaluation, possibly leading to collision. this is covered in Programming1 course.
-
gee that is same as:
"my laptop does not let me install program i downloaded from internet. my mouse is Logitech. do you have any idea what could be wrong?"this kind of "asking for help" makes it impossible to provide any usable answer. not sure about others but i cannot read minds.
i suggest you check your post and read pinned topic READ FIRST to get some idea.you need to be FAR MORE specific than:
"install a program" or "KRC4"

speed is ridiculously low and you only have one point. how far is that from previous point P14?
-
actually they both have the "issue".
issue is number of writes that flash can endure.
90's technology used to go up to some 5000 writes, modern flash goes to million or so writes (which enabled mass use of USB sticks and solid state drives).RDW2 will reach that limit too, in about 100-200 years but that will not concern anyone alive today.

1. please read READ FIRST. put some effort. this screenshot is not friendly so you already lost my interest to help (way too large, what is with all the white space, can you not edit it or resize window before taking screenshot? can you not show where you are trying to place the PLC)?
2. what is the role of PLC in Profinet network? what is the role of KRC in profinet network? which one is master? only master need device description files.
3. if the PLC is slave and KRC is master, you can use WoV to add PLC to bus structure. how and WHERE exactly you are trying to add the CPU? your screenshot shows highlighted Profinet under OPTIONS, not under Bus structure. -
Work visual is free software that can be downloaded from KUKA website.
WVS and ASZ Giles are work visual projects. They do not contain CAD data but may contain layouts of cell limits and workspaces -
Let me guess... your robot has RDW1

it does not matter how much RAM is installed, vxWorks only gets (fixed) part of it.
when that part gets full, you get the message.
