hi Mr.closed. Thaks you for share.You say "uesed pin 13 and 16 to reset encoder" but Pin 13 is +5v and PIN 16 is RST. Can Two wires use to reset encoder??? Can you help me explain..

Press MENUS.
3 Select SYSTEM.
4 Press F1, [TYPE].
5 Select Master/Cal.
If Master/Cal is not listed on the [TYPE] menu, do the following;
otherwise, continue to Step 6.
a Select VARIABLE from the [TYPE] menu.
b Move the cursor to $MASTER_ENB.
c Press the numeric key “1”and then press ENTER on the teach
pendant.
d Press F1, [TYPE].
e Select Master/Cal
Select Zero Position Master.
7 Press F4, YES. Mastering will be performed automatically.
8 Select Calibrate.
9 Press F4, YES.
10Perform a cold start.
a Turn off the robot.
b Press and continue pressing the SHIFT and RESET key on the
teach pendant.
c While still pressing SHIFT and RESET, press the ON button on
the operator panel. -
When i calibrate robot, after turn on robot, i move robot in Joint'coordinate then normal buy in XYZ'coordinate then robot display error "MOTN–023 STOP In singularity".I think can i calip robot not correct, I have try calip but.... Please help me...Thanks

I have just read docement for mrc sk6 then known With S-axis working range is +/- 270˚C. I have a robot motoman sk6 mounted on the wall.Why S-axis working range is +/-90˚C? Please help me!! Thanks

i use pin 10 and 16 ( black and gray stripes(GND) and gray(RST)). i have alo check PG cable from controller to manpulator It's normal.

May i reset encoder not correct.... I don't have document for robot pana 8006. So please help me reset encoder, i must connection with any wire rope correctly.

thanks for share. I have reset encoder RT but error not change and i also change cable motor and cable ancoder of motor RT by UA, FA. But error not change. I also check battery and change it by new battery but error not change. If anyone has encountered this error can share with me...Thanks

I have check power 5v and battery 3.2V on encoder of motor RT. I also check battery on robot and battery on control cabinet. It still 3.6V. I just have not reser encoder. I will try tomorrow. I want to ask a question for reset encoder I will link reset wire and 0V wire of battery?

I have change error to English. It's mean ENCODER HOLDING VOLGATE ABNORMALITY RT. i have change Cable motor and encoder RT to UA but error not change. I also change SERVOPACK of RT & RW by a Servopack other but error not change. If anyone has encountered this error can share with me...Thanks

Thanks for share. I have try calibrated. In S,L,U,R axis of robot have sign but in B,T don't have sign. so i think the reason not calibrated correctly problem could happen. I will try calibrated B axis. I have a question is robot SK6 when i bought it was wall designed. At present, i don't ceiling, I put it on the floor and make it a base. I do not know how to influence what issues?
