So, you are looking for a chemical? Not an actual seal like your first post. The only chemicals on the L-axis would be grease, Molywhite or Vigo, and silicone, Threebond 1206C.

I don't see that part number. Here is what I see assuming the robot is a standard -A0

What is the part number you are looking for? The items I see have separate part numbers.

Your local Yaskawa office.
Here is an example: -
You have options through a robot job or through the ladder.
To convert 8 bit to 16 bit:
DIN B000 IG#(1) this is the LSB.DIN B001 IG#(2) this is the MSB.
SET D000 B001 copies value is B001 to D000.
MUL D000 256
ADD D000 B000
The MUL and ADD could be combined with the SET by using the EXPRESS tag.SET D000 B001x256+B000
You may also need another MUL to shift the decimal point since a P-Var goes 4 decimal places. Also another bit to denote positive or negative, MUL by -1.
Through the ladder you would write logic to trigger the camera and place the value into a M-register. The register data could be retrieved into a robot job and converted using the GETREG instruction. -
Out of a Yaskawa manual.
The cold grease factor applies when the controller is turned on and the robot has stopped for 30 minutes or longer.
It gets canceled after 60 minutes of operation.
-
In a JOB with multiple control groups, cursor on the address side, go up to EDIT in the Menu area. In the drop down you will have MODIFY TARGET AXIS. Touch or SELECT to remove the asterisk.
-
You could use the UNTIL tag on a move. Depending on what options where purchased the SRCH or NSRCH tag. Next line would be the GETS to get the position.
-
If not, does anybody know what parameter needs to be set in order to view all axis in shock detection settings?
It is a Yaskawa parameter.
-
How do I find a second starting position?
Where is this main menu?
See starting at page 132 of the manual TSGIR posted above.
You don’t have a Main Menu. Only controllers in the past 20 years have it.

Second home position
I know that the second home position must be done after error 4107 and I know that this position can be set manually, i.e. modified. What is its purpose and benefit? we have to have a point in space or can it commute anywhere while checking?Kate HarrisMay 12, 2023 at 8:43 AM -
Status is look at the pendant for battery messages. You could also measure the voltage. Leave the controller on when changing controller or robot batteries.
-
What safety plc are you using? A-B GuardLogix, Omron, or Siemens S7?
Since the robot controller is set in the plc software on your, probably, generic Ethernet IP module you would need to enter info matching the controller. Items such as IP address of the controller, number of safety input bytes, safety output bytes, input and output instance, and configuration. There are other items that may need to be changed for the SSN. Ownership would need to be reset after downloading and going online.

Is this before arrival or after deployed?
Create a robot job.
For PMT, go to Utility. If you have PMT it will be in the drop-down.
For GETTOOL/SETTOOL, open the Inform List. Under ARITH would be those two instructions if available.
For Search, go into the Detail Edit screen of a MOVL. Go down to UNTIL. Press Select. If you have Search it will be in the box with Until and Unused.

Depends on where you are located, I suppose. In the US could use one time password. I would be a little suspicious as to what else didn’t get turned on. It may have not been ordered. Having a local tech come in and compare what was ordered vs. shipped might be a good idea.

If you don’t see EtherNet/IP Safety as used, SAFETY IO SIZE, and VIRTUAL COMM then the IP Safe has not been turned on. This is a Yaskawa parameter.
-
A way is with DCI. The robot job could load a job or delete a job to/from a pc. This is a software option.
-
The consequences are that the pendant software will match. You won’t have to answer no again.
-
Sounds like one is MLX300 or MotoLogix (same thing, different name) and the other is not.

What generation of controller and model of robot? Most generations can do weight and center of gravity automatically. Some can do moments.
