This is Stamping Line Automation & Robot Mounted on pedestal.
Having 6Axis Robot & 7'th Axis is our Grippper Tool.
error occurs only when speed increased from 90-100%
As per Manual:
MCTL-013 ENBL input is off
Cause: ENBL input on the UOP is off.
Remedy: Set ENBL input ON.
Yes we also thinks the same way & did some corrections. as per FANUC (I) suggestion we've minimised ACC @100 for all movements but still no any improvement?
Also,fine tunning is done for the programme.

I'm facing SRVO-043 DCAL alarm(Group:1 Axis:8) for my Fanuc-900i Stamping Line Robot.
This Problem occurs only when Speed is high 90% or @100% (Genrally we run robot(s) upto 85% only)
also,we observed that too much heating in Controller & also the manipulator heating.
Can anyone reply with remedy if you've face the same or any other solution please.
Yes. we just replaced the TP Cable which was twisted & may be short while robot running. since this no problem yet....upto 15days
I'm facing a FUSE01 Panel Board/EMG BOARD Frequently Blown Problem for my R30iA Weld Robot Controller of Arcmate-120iC.
In this we automated 02 Robots by Auxilary axis.
within a span of 8days 02 times fuse blowned!
As per Remedy in the Alarm we've checked & Monitored everything.but no any abnormality found.

I Tried this with My Fanuc R30iA Controller Based 100iC/M 900i A Manipulator(s) Robot.
When Forgot Password problem was happened we copied SYSPASS.SV file from Other Robot & Upload in the Problematic one. (by using our regular backup & Uploading Process)
After that The same Password was seen in Robot & Problem get resolved!
So whenever you've this type of problem try this option!

Also I want to notify that ..here we are working at Stamping Automation line & using Fanuc Robot 900iA with R30iA controller integrated & there was a same error...that time I observed that... this error occurs while press encoder angle not reached safely. so that previous robot stopped while going into next press at drop pounce condition or next robot@pick pounce condition i.e. below or high than Preset value.

for our Mig welding Robot(s) to avoid Shielding gas problems, we are using IFM make SD5100 Gas flow rate meter...in this we need to set Gas Range i.e.15lpm to 25lpm.
In this Trim is combination of Voltage & Current.

Pl. go thru below parametes..these are working fine on 90%-Ar/10%Co2 with Rj3ic Fanuc & Linclon I400 M/c.
Trim --- 0.95
WFS (IPM) --- 570
Travel Speed (IPM)--- 30
the above mentioned problem is only due to improper setting of weld paramter.....take trial's with diff. kind of parameters.
first of all you've to check the weld programme,then set desired weld parameters...as comapred with Base metal & Component you want to weld & also, i would like to suggest you that in this I400 there is one more advanced weld syestem called "Rapid Arc" which is consits under Trim.
whenever you get any alarm you can check it in Teach Pendant only by pressing Help key....(in i Pendant there is having alarm's with remedy)
