i have been trying to create some safe zones to raise an output to allow plc to move the tool, I have put this module in with no errors but it doesn't seem to work, any ideas guys?
I have activated them via the event routine, I know the coordinate value is the same, the x,y,z coord. was just for test purpose so i could see the output.MODULE WZModule(SYSMODULE)

You have to use RobotStudio, and set up UAS Accounts, (User Account Settings), Be very careful though its easy to mess it up and lock yourself out!

Hey yes they do, but there are 3 generations of IRC5 pendant now so you'll have to be more specific. Your best bet is just to drop ABB an email via there website, Service/Spare dept. You can fit the new screens yourself also with a little care, it's easy!

Yes, sorry. Robotstudio is the only place you can work on it, import/export.

The user account system "Lives above" your controller system I've not tried it but I'm pretty sure if you create a new system the current user account settings will still apply. I would advise be careful when editing the UAS, always create two accounts and be careful with the settings, if you manage to somehow lock yourself out by mistake by deselecting the edit function, it will a timely and costly mistake. Probably resulting in you having to contact ABB. You can export your latest/current UAS config. and view in in UltraEdit.

Are you sure your connected? Try the top left hand corner, a small downward pointing arrow, select this and look for the windows option. Select the option inside here for controller.

Mike,
You need to turn on a parameter called "Auto-condition-reset"
Control Panel
Controller
Auto-condition-reset
then set the value to "yes"Damo!
