Hi. I think ure not using a proper tool using a band sand u will get tangential positions all over ur path itll be much easier to generate a code

Sorry. For all six axis. O see om the manual they reccomend the same oil in all gears but i alwais use more viscosity in wrist gears

Nope we got it working in two weeks and withou smb2 board but i ve been very bussy developing a cell for foundry deburring. That one tooks me 4 months to get ready. I didnt have time to log in robot forum. Now we re developing a estiren machining cell for moulding. This external axis will be easyer to set up.

it is Toshiba and you can change CCFL yourself
Where can we get these lcd monitors? Can we replace just the background bulbs? Where can we get them? -
KCP2 chronicle problem background fluoriscent lamp on the display. You try another KCP or install external display with on the KVGA board DB9 display connector. If your softkey running with external display you must change background lamp on KCP display.
Hi fluke. Is posible run kuka standard soft in kuka vkrc2 system? I hear someone did it and worked. For using vkrc pendants in krc robot is only changing welded jumper and replacing mode switch for a four positions one? Thankz a lot beforehand -

You dont have to unplug ur kcp and plug a vga monitor then u wont have to wire anithing
