At least in my experience. I was using RG v9 revH, running setup again I was able to select install External Device option into Utility Plugins, on the other hand trying with a new versions there no option to enable this plugin. So I can say depens on your RG you will be able to have OPC server.

I tried it also, I just have the 8.20 and 8.30 versions

Yes, I tried this but in the options I looked FRVRC V8.20, and FRVRC V8.30. I created a robot with 8.20 version with no results. Thank you for your support

I have versions of software that are built specifically for a certain customer, that isn't a FRVC supported version. However, I can edit the version and Build ID in the backdate.dt file to 'trick' RG into thinking it is a supported version. Not sure about V8.23, but you can give it a try. For example, I would edit V8.23/xx to V8.20/xx:
