Hi everyone new to this thread and robot programming. I have a question regarding bypassing safemove in manual mode through a PLC signal that will be sent to Safety controller and then recreate a safety signal to robot which is connected through CIP safety to disable safemove/bypass safemove in manual mode to jog the robot back in limits by giving the operator an access to HMI button which temporary bypass the safemove in manual mode. The answer I am seeking for is how in Robot studio Safemove I can create a signal to bypass safemove and map it in my Sick safety controller which I can map in my AB PLC logic. Any help will be appreciated, new to Robot studio safemove so apologies in advance

Take a look into the SafeMove manual and search for "Recovery after safety violation". You could also use the internal safety signal for manual mode to deactivate your safety functions when ManualMode is TRUE. You don't need an external safety signal for this.
