The error is:
General device error
Error in bus interface Thin4MAdapter_KMP.BusIF
General servo error (ID8,ID9,ID10,ID11).
Error: Group brake error (Servo, Servo, Servo, Servo) (ID8,ID9,ID10,ID11)
The problem is the mobile base still doesn't follow our control and reports errors (we control it to move in x or y direction and it is surprisingly rotating). And then the LED changed from white to red. Have taken a screenshot and emailed KUKA technical department for help, but they are response so slow. When we used the handle to disengage the brakes and people pushed by hand to move the base, there seemed to be some issues with one of the wheels that made it harder to push.
