Hi there
When I first turn on an MPL100-II with DX200 this alarm error came up:
Looking at the alarms manual shows this:
"When CONNECTION setup is CONTACTOR, check that the safety function's jumper connector is inserted in EAXA21 board CN521, or EAXB21 board CN522/523/524."
Looking at the board, this jumper appears to be ok:
[Note: the jumper's cable is cut, but looks like thats how it came from Yaskawa]
Also in Controller Information this is what I get:
The DX200 OPERATOR’S MANUAL FOR MAINTENANCE MODE details how to change betwenn CONTACTOR o STO, but I can't figure out in wich mode (Contactor o STO) this must go.
Anybody with some idea for how to fix this?
The funny thing of this situation is that a few days later I disable the Profinet board (I do not need so took it out) and the error goes away. I was able to use the robot.
But today the alarm came back. I know that there is really almos no relation between the Profinet board and this alarm, but I mention this just in case.
Best regards
