Hey,
is it possible to access Virtual Controllers on PC A with a PC SDK running on PC B?
Our Scada System connects to multiple real Controllers via Netscan, works perfectly fine.
Also the VCs get connected if locally on PC B.
PC A and PC B both have 192.68.125.x IPs and are in 255.255.255.0 Gateway.
With rudimentary Robot Web Services commands i can get a remote connection, but i dont really want to convert the PC SDK to Robot Web Services.
I've tried:
- adding IP addresses in VCconf.xml
- NetworkScanner.AddRemoteController and .find functions
- playing around with Firewall Settings
In https://forums.robotstudio.com/discussion/628…mote-controller someone says VCs dont broadcast themselves on the network.
This was in 2012 though, is it still like this and no connetion is possible?
Anybody ever got this to work?
Thanks for any help!
