Also, another error code is;
No:271 robot number 891228 does not correspond to calibration file 891451
No:275 Set robot number - program robot name

I take it you used an RDC from another robot, not a brand-new unit.
This means that the data (serial number, hour meter, etc) on the RDC no longer agrees with that data recorded on the hard drive. This error message should give you softkeys to choose which data set is correct: HD or RDC. In this case, you need to choose HD. This should fix most of the issues.
Be very careful -- it's easy to choose the wrong "master" data, and overwrite the good data with the bad. I strongly recommend you make an Archive backup, and ideally a full HD image backup, before making any changes, just in case.
