UR 5 robot Image setup on motherboard MS-98F6 (Intel Celeron J1900)

Hi everyone, I have to setup robot image on MS-98F6 motherboard. Due to a service manual I figure out that it's also used in UR robot hardware. One thing I worry about is that - MS-98F6 runs on an Intel Celeron J1900 processor. That's why I want to know, if it's possible to run an Image on another, not Intel atom, hardware-close motherboard.
