Hello all, so I got put on a new project to revamp a staubli robot cell that someone made 3 years ago. The current program has flaws in the IOs and vision which I will be fixing. I was just wondering what the best way to analyze the previous workers code is. I normally use robodk to program robots but I am having trouble with this cell. I can create a whole new program but it is a fairly complex cell and recreating the entire program would take much longer than making small changes or adjustments to the current program.
I've downloaded the program off the robot and put it onto my computer. As most know the staubli programs spit out multiple script files. This program contains 23 script files. Therefore, it is not easily imported into robodk. I'm wondering if I can import each script seperately into the software and designate to it's respectable machine it may work? Or am I going to have to manually go through all the script files and edit?
Thank you in advance for anybody who can help. Let me know if any more info is needed.
