ABB IRC5 RW 5.15 & Fronius tps 400i

Hi, I have a Abb 2400L irc5 running Robotware Version 5.15.9175.16, we had a guy come in and set it up for us but we cant get a hold of him.

the robot is working fine but i have noticed it doesn't select the jobs from the welder what ever the welder is set to it does that, i wonder if it is configured right?

fronius tps 400i running job mode setting set at power source, weld setting not viewable on flex pendant just weld speed and schud.
the io is setup with ethernet
