How to run Karel Routine from another Karel program while the TP is off(DISABLED)?

    I'm trying to call routine (defined in KarelProgramB) in KarelProgramA while TP is OFF(DISABLED)

    When I run in ROBOTGUIDE, it shows INTP-316, shows the TP is disabled~~
