Hi, I'm helping a friend sorting out an issue that is going on for a while.
Basically we connected to the switch the dx200 server and we assigned static IP.
The service looks good, we can login with ftp but after a short while the server stops answering.
Support says that it's a known issue with Unifi switches, but I don't believe that, here's me trying to list some files after a few minutes the server is up.
sat ~ % ftp rcmaster@192.168.1.231
Connected to 192.168.1.231.
220 DX FTP server ( 1.07) ready.
331 Password required for rcmaster.

230 User rcmaster logged in.
ftp> ls

ftp>
ftp> passive
Passive mode on.
ftp> ls

ftp> ls
227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,1,231,232,208)
451 local error processing:get_file(-1:*).
and here's a log of it working for a few minutes after reboot.
ftp> ls

Do you have any idea of what it might be? from my point of view
looks like an error at software level on the DX200.
451 FTP response code
A 451 response code may be sent in response to any command initiating a file transfer. It is a transient negative response, which means the error condition is a temporary one. It is usually sent in response to the server encountering an unexpected local error when processing data it is transferring or receiving. In this case, the client is encouraged to restart the FTP transaction and try again.
p.s.
I tried bot active and passive mode on the ftp client
thanks for any help
