ABB irb 360 Fault message 37001

getting a 30071 message on my robot when trying to run in automatic or jog. fault says that "motors ON contactor activation error". we have already replaced a set of contactors ( did not have direct replacement so we swapped over to allen bradley ) . thinking it may be the board but cant seem to find a part number anywhere for it. can anybody point me in the right direction to a part number

issue resolved. board not supplying contactor with voltage.
