I'm having trouble using a KMR with LBR iiwa 14 r820, I am using Sunrise Workbench 1.14.15 and WorkVisual 5.0.7 build 0755 (I didn't manage to get WorkVisual 5.0.2 build 313 to work, it crashes silently on the ProfibusCommunication part of DTM scanning).
With the default NAV KMR 200 iiwa 14 R820 omniMove topology, and the server IP set to the IP of the nav box (172.31.1.102) in the stationsetup configuration tab, the robot does not move due to a protective stop. We've managed to get the robot moving by disabling the PSM line "Protective stop / Input PROFIsafe byte 0/0", but the robot has intermittent errors where it seems to lose connection the PLC. I also see that I cannot add the Jay remote controller to the workvisual setup, and there is an error trying to import the AnybusGateway IO description that came with the robot. Similarly, running scan topology gives an error that there is a device connected which it lacks the ESI file for.
1) Am I missing some software package to get the jay controller running?
2) Is the PROFIsafe error related to the lack of device description for the jay controller?
3) I saw that the previous users have used Sunrise Workbench 1.16, but I don't have that available, and they had packages which I don't have access to. Could the problem be related to changing from version 1.16 to version 1.14?
