hello everyone, so I have a question I have been working on fixing our sealant programs at my work, we had the rep from the sealant company come in and worked with me on a few things and one of them he brought up was using the RTCP on the sealant moves, my question is this does it do anything if there is no rtcp set up for the standalone sealer? As far as I can tell there isnt in some of the robots. The lines have ran for a few years like this and have just gotten worse as people adjust more and more. Thankyou

RTCP is a purchased option so you may not have it on all your robots, although it's highly desirable for an application like this.
It won't necessarily effect your sealant dispensing but teaching your paths without it will be much more difficult. It allows you to orient your end of arm tool relative to a point in space rather than the faceplate of the robot. You can imagine it as the opposite of trying to teach welding path without a TCP for your torch, it's possible but it won't be pretty, as you mentioned.

Not necessary but 10x easier with it, and the results will be much more consistent beads.
