I am a beginner and I am learning PalletPro. I want to stack a boxes on a pallet using a fork gripper.
When creating a cell, I specified the following options:
R590 Pallet Tool
R591 Pallet Tool Foregrip
R592 PalletTool MultiCase
R813 PalletTool pkg
In the "tooling UT:1" window, on the "palletizing" tab, I set the gripper type to "fork big 1".
In the "unit load setup" window (palletizing parameters) I set the gripper type to "fork".
I have configure the parameters of "infeed1", so that the robot can to reaches the conveyor and the bag.
But when I try to run the simulation, I get the error "Pal-236 errors in infeed positions".
What and where else should I configure so that there are no errors?
