Hello, we keep getting a servo monitor alarm randomly. We're able to reset it sometimes but when we do, the servo won't kick on until we cycle the power. There has also been a few times where it'll pop up a few times on the pendant and the only way to reset it is to cycle power. Could it possibly be the "819" relay going bad in the controller? Let me know you're thoughts. Thanks.

The 5220 alarm comes up when a servo pack is not ready. This can be a servo pack going bad. As you did not say what size robot you are working on I can't say how many servo packs you have.
As this is intermittent, it can be a short in the 24 volt system (shock sensor, I/O...) or the internal harness.
Does the alarm come up in the same spot in the same program every time?

Hello, it's a dual robot cell with SK6 robots. The alarm will sometimes pop up while its running but I see it more when I have to go into the cell and put the controller into teach. If the alarm clears, I can't turn the servos back unless I cycle power on the controller.
