HI, I am new to Fanuc Robots. Though I have been using MITSUBISHI MELFA robot quite some time.
I have now this R-J3iB (the compact one) from Fanuc controlling a Mate 200iB/5C Robot.
May I ask your guidance for this.
I want to integrate this robot Into a PLC.
Example:
1. Changing Program.
2. Sending and receiving Interlocks Signal to and from the PLC respectively.
So far. I know this controller has rs232-C on it. Can I use this port to talk with the PLC?
Then, Does it have any other protocol that I can use for integration(e.g. ethernet)
I/O will help also.
