We are having trouble when trying to do a "Manual Weld" from the TP. For some reason the Bosch controller is calling the last schedule fired instead of the schedule we enter manually into the Manual Weld screen. If we run the Set Spot job before doing a Manual Weld it will call the correct schedule, but the Whole point of using the Manual Weld for us is to check the kA of a certain Schedule during a PM check. Our Techs are not the best Robotics guys and we are trying to make everything as simple as possible for them seeing as how most of our lines are full when we get a chance to do a PM, and most of the time the robots are holding parts. The less program manipulation that our Techs has to do, the less likely we are to have problems when restarting after the PMs.
Has anyone else encountered this problem??
