Hi,
I have a cell with an Epson C4 robot and RC700 controller.
It is picking a part from a feeder table via vision, so joint 6 uses full rotation depending on angle the part is resting.
It arc's through a midpoint so to avoid crashes
It has two place position, 180 deg difference on joint 6.
When moving to the Z offset above one of these positions. Joint 6 sometimes rotates in the negative direction instead of positively which causes an
4274 error - Manipulator motion did not match to J6Flag of the target. It suggests changing J6Flag for the target point!
I have had a look at the manual and cant seem to understand how it is changed.
When the error occurs J6 is at -250.037deg. when it should be 109.903deg.
Has anyone got any ideas?
