Hello first time posting.
The issue I am having is on two different robots. The robots are used to demold pick and place on an injection molding machine. We do multiple mold changes on these injection molding machines so we are loading multiple teach programs. These robots have both been running for over a year. Recently when we have loaded various programs that have run for many different times we are experiencing the alarm "config not reached" when stepping the robot inside the molding machine. We have figured out that you can touch up these points to remedy some of the points however when we get to the positions of the program outside of the molding machine the robot tries to go to a position completely different then where it did say the run before to the point that the robot would crash into the cage. My question is how does this happen we have more people involved then before and we feel that it may be something that is inadvertently happening when interacting with the robot but I cant explain it. We are currently having to reprogram all of the points which is very time consuming. Any guidance would be appreciated.
