EDIT Nov 20th, 2020: New information. The batteries I purchased did "work" but the robot was giving a low voltage error. But the voltages of the batteries were between 3.55V and 3.6V (3 were 3.55 one was 3.56) I wouldn't think that would cause an issue. Any ideas of what else might be causing this issue?
I am having a difficult time finding replacement batteries for the robot.
I need 4x 3.6V 2400mAh batteries that look like AA batteries, but have two wires coming out of them and a two pin female plug that also has a two grooves on the side with metal contacts.
I purchased two different types from Amazon, and neither of them have worked so far.
I was under the impression that mAh only affected the life and 3/6V was all that is needed. But I am thinking, because after trying 2700mAh and 1800mAh batteries, with no success, I do infact need the 2400mAh batteries.
Could someone please direct me where to purchase these? We have an extremely how job coming up that requires a robot.
I attached the picture of the closest battery that didn't work.
I appreciate any help.
