Hello all,
It's my first time working with Euromap 67.
I'm working with an IRC5 controller + 4600 robot.
The default device mapping in the robot (came like that from the ABB factory) is:
NAME | DEVICE MAPPING |
doEnMould | 0 |
doIRB_OPMode | 1 |
doEn_EjecBack | 2 |
doEnEjecForw | 3 |
doEn_CPull1Pos2 | 4 |
doEn_CPull1Pos1 | 5 |
doEn_FMouldOp | 6 |
DO10_8 | 7 |
DO10_9 | 8 |
DO10_10 | 9 |
DO10_11 | 10 |
DO10_12 | 11 |
DO10_13 | 12 |
DO10_14 | 13 |
doEn_CPull2Pos1 | 14 |
doEn_CPull2Pos2 | 15 |
I would like to put a World Zone signal into the "Mould Area Free" signal, see the EUROMAP 67 manual page 6: http://www.euromap.org/files/EU_67_Ver_1.11_May2015.pdf
But I don't understand how I should map that signal into the robot i/o definition.
Has anyone done this in the past?
What signal from the previous table should I modify in the robot EIO to set that signal?
Tried to contact ABB technical support, but they must be busy today... a few attempts and no one answered the phone so I thought maybe here someone could help on that.
As always, thank you very much for your time and help.
