Hello all, this is the first thread I am creating so let me know if there is anything I could do differently.
I am having trouble with our oldest cell, the Rj3 is a little out of date however has worked great until as of recent. Last week, at shift change, we noticed the pendant was froze so after doing some digging we had an error code 3 on the main board of the controller. We cycled power and it went away and everything went back to normal. I immediately took a AOA backup and went home for the day. The following morning we ran into the same issue, so again, cycled power and when trying to restart there was a communication error between the pendant and controller that would not allow the system to start up. We tried to cycle power again and it worked, everything went back to normal. It did not happen again until this morning and it took a few more times of cycling power to get things back to normal. However i did some digging, because obviously there was something wrong. I came to the conclusion of having to replace the main board.... I thought I would get some thoughts from all of you before doing so, is this what you would expect? have I found the correct solution? Do you have any other suggestions?
Thank you,
Tyler Hawkins
