To see what is already configured on Your robot, open it on WorkVisual, activate the controller and open the IO Mapping tab. As SkyeFire pointed, these Beckhoff modules are normally mapped from KUKA.
But You can check Your particular setup on IO Mapping tab on WoV.
Green arrows refer to hawdware IO. Red arrows refer to KRC.
In the example below, the IOs are mapped in sequence, so the first physical input is the first logical input. But You can change this according to your needs.
